PrideStaff Financial is seeking a skilled Payroll Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll processing, tax laws, and data entry.
Key Responsibilities
- Compile and prepare payroll data for all departments
- Compute and disburse salaries, deductions, and taxes
- Post payroll data and prepare reports
- Stay updated on tax laws and regulations
- Process garnishment orders and other payroll specifications
- Prepare payroll reports, including tax payments and W-2s
- Update and maintain payroll databases
- Assist in payroll audits
Requirements
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
- 2+ years of payroll experience
- Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations
- Excellent data entry skills
