Position Overview

Role Summary:
Delta-T Group Inc. is seeking a dedicated Community Support Staff/Tutor to provide essential services for students facing emotional challenges or autism. This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about making a positive impact in educational settings.

Work Schedule:

  • Monday - Friday (during school hours)

Compensation:

  • Competitive pay structure

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver personalized educational support to one or two students, acting as a tutor, mentor, and job coach.
  • Collaborate with certified special education teachers to align lesson plans and instructional strategies.
  • Partner with licensed therapists to coordinate behavioral and emotional support for students.
  • Transport students using your own insured vehicle, maintaining a valid driver's license and a safe driving record.
  • Engage with students primarily in community settings, requiring travel to homes and local environments.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of an Associate degree in social work, Human Services, or a related field is preferred.
  • Valid Driver License is required.
