Job Responsibilities: Your Role

Oversee a fleet of 10+ drivers and manage driver availability to optimize fleet productivity. Regularly analyze profit and loss for your designated area and identify opportunities to enhance profitability.

Develop high-performing drivers through daily engagement, coaching, and positive reinforcement.

Ensure drivers meet home time expectations by actively managing commitments and expectations.

Maximize profit and loss for all assigned tractors and trailers.

Proactively manage safety performance to meet insurance and claims cost targets as a percentage of revenue.

Qualifications: What You Need to Bring

Minimum of 2 years in Operations, Planning, or Customer Accounts required.

Associate's degree in Business or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.

Ability to lead and motivate others.

Exceptional communication skills are essential.

Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Capable of thriving in high-pressure situations within a fast-paced environment.
