Job Title: Senior Advanced Software Engineer

Revolution Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Senior Advanced Software Engineer to join our team in Scottsdale, AZ.

Job Type: Contract (1 year to start, extending to 2 years and then likely to convert permanent if desired)

Location: USA-AZ-Scottsdale (onsite)

Responsibilities:

We are looking for a talented Senior Advanced Software Engineer to perform software requirements analysis, participate in research and design, and develop and test software and tools. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, with experience in Agile methodologies and a passion for innovation.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. A Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field
  2. 8+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree plus 6 years of job-related experience
  3. Agile experience preferred
  4. Software defined radio (SDR) experience (preferably Ettus USRP)
  5. Linux OS (Ubuntu 22.04)
  6. SW Containers
  7. This position requires on-site support in the Scottsdale, AZ facility

Bonus Skills:

Experience operating RF test equipment (Signal Analyzers, Channel Emulators) is a plus.
