Pet Supermarket Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and animal-loving individual to join our team as a Pet Care Specialist. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a clean and organized store environment, and assisting with daily store operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide friendly and knowledgeable service to customers, answering their questions and helping them find the right products for their pets.
  • Assist with maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and cleaning pet enclosures.
  • Support the management team with daily store operations, including inventory management and customer transactions.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide a positive customer experience.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must be at least 16 years of age.
