We are seeking a skilled Client Relationship Manager to join our team at Thrive Skilled Pediatric Care LLC. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date staffing needs for patients and their families.
  • Coordinate the opening of new patient referrals in partnership with the Clinical Supervisor.
  • Utilize our applicant tracking system to engage and convert nurses and other care team members.
  • Develop and implement strategic staffing methods to optimize care coverage for patients and nurses.
  • Handle on-call responsibilities, responding to employee and client needs, and covering open shifts.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years sales or service experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated success in building long-term relationships with diverse individuals.
  • Experience recruiting/hiring candidates is a plus.
  • Dynamic interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Results-oriented with a proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational and oral/written communication skills.
  • Home care or healthcare experience is desired.
  • Proficient in MS Office and other systems.
