CDMO Process Lead

We are seeking a skilled CDMO Process Lead to join our team at Artbio. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading process transfer activities between Artbio and Contract Development and Manufacturing Organizations (CDMOs). This role requires strong technical expertise and leadership skills to ensure seamless technology transfer and compliance with regulatory requirements.
About the Role- Lead cross-functional teams in technology transfer projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality results.
- Partner with internal stakeholders, including Technical Development, Supply Chain, Production Unit, Quality Control, HSE, and other sites, to achieve project objectives.
- Develop and implement effective process transfer strategies, taking into account ARTBIO's unique radiopharmaceutical manufacturing needs.
- Collaborate with external manufacturing and engineering teams to provide process inputs and define requirements for new CDMO manufacturing facilities.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP regulations and ARTBIO's quality standards throughout the technology transfer process.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technology transfer, cGMP, and personalized therapies drug substance and drug product manufacturing processes.
- B.S or M.S in relevant scientific/technical disciplines; advanced degree (e.g. PhD) or technological certificates preferred but not required.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
- Strong understanding of aseptic manufacturing and radiopharmaceutical processes from isotope use to drug product manufacturing.
- Experience working with CDMOs and business functions in a matrix environment.
- Previous experience with C(D)MO management.
- Team player with ability to work in autonomy and balance details with big-picture thinking.
- Strong leadership, facilitation, teamwork, and influence management/negotiation skills.
We offer an estimated annual salary range of $120,000-$180,000 based on location and experience. Additionally, we provide comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
