Job Summary

The University Libraries Human Resource Technician plays a vital role in the processing of personnel, payroll, travel, and purchasing transactions for University Libraries. This position is responsible for maintaining a large amount of personnel and payroll data, including personnel files, and coordinating personnel and payroll functions, such as payroll review, supplemental payments, and onboarding new employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel and payroll data, including personnel files.
  • Coordinate personnel and payroll functions, including payroll review, supplemental payments, and onboarding new employees.
  • Support all library travel in Concur and maintain travel reports and data related to travel and professional development.
  • Prepare financial reports related to payroll and personnel as needed.
  • Monitor payroll budgets and accounts as needed.
