Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional customer experiences and resolve issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with customers to identify needs and provide solutions
  • Process requests, escalate complaints, and document interactions
  • Utilize premade scripts for various customer service topics
  • Apply best practices in customer service techniques to build relationships
  • Meet personal and team quotas
  • Attend trainings to maintain up-to-date skills and knowledge
Requirements:
  • High school diploma/GED
  • Previous experience in customer service or a similar role
  • Comfortable using computers and customer management software
  • Excellent phone and verbal communication skills
  • Understanding of active listening techniques
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize projects and manage time effectively
Compensation:

$40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
