Child Development Specialist

Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Participating in multidisciplinary team assessments to identify client developmental status
* Providing direct child development services and activities tailored to the needs of children 0-3 and their families
* Developing and implementing Individual Family Service Plans (IFSPs) to address the child\u2019s developmental needs
* Completing progress notes, reports, and correspondence as required
* Providing individual and group intervention for infants and toddlers with developmental delays or at risk of delays
* Assessing family and child strengths, concerns, and progress
* Acting as a service coordinator for families, scheduling, developing, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating intervention plans
We are looking for a candidate with a Master\u2019s degree in Social Work from an accredited school of social work or a Certified or Licensed Social Worker (LCSW, LICSW, LMHC). Experience working with infants, toddlers, and families is preferred.
