We are currently seeking a Visual Systems Project Coordinator who will oversee the strategy, execution, and successful delivery of intricate low-voltage projects, particularly in office relocation scenarios.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead the deployment and transition of new office spaces, ensuring all low-voltage infrastructure and systems are properly installed and functional.
2. Develop and implement procedures and controls to guarantee projects are completed on schedule and within budgetary limits.
3. Collaborate with project Superintendents and Engineering teams to manage project documentation requirements and maintain precise records.
4. Create and manage resource-loaded project schedules to ensure effective project execution.
5. Coordinate project initiation meetings and conduct essential monthly project reviews to monitor progress and address any challenges.
6. Anticipate manpower needs and coordinate the procurement of materials, tools, and equipment necessary for project completion.
7. Ensure project profitability by identifying cost-saving opportunities, enhancing quality, and applying best practices.
8. Draft detailed RFPs and Scopes of Work and review complex bid documents and specifications to ensure compliance with project scope.
9. Engage in hands-on tasks such as setting up and pulling in low-voltage copper and fiber cabling, terminating cables, and constructing telecom rooms (TRs) to meet design specifications.
10. Oversee the installation of audio-visual and security solutions, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
11. Provide daily, weekly, and monthly Quality Assurance for ISP cabling, AV, and Security scope, documenting non-compliant work and overseeing resolution of punch lists.
12. Design cable plant and gather requirements for conference AV design and implementation.
13. Collaborate with facilities, networking, and the AV build team.
14. Write and deploy RFPs for cable plant scheduling the installation of wire plant, AV equipment, security cameras, access systems, and network lines.
15. Conduct testing and final office technology commissioning.

Required Skills:
1. Bachelor's degree from an accredited not-for-profit college or university.
2. A proven history of commitment to previous employers.
3. 8+ years of experience in project management/leadership within the telecommunications and low-voltage sector, focusing on managing extensive cabling infrastructure projects.
4. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project).
5. Strong technical knowledge of low-voltage systems, networking, and audio-visual installations.
6. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
7. A record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
8. Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
9. Capability to lift and move objects up to 80 lbs.
10. Ability to work on ladders and under tables.
