The Automotive Sales Consultant will be accountable for achieving daily, weekly, and annual operational objectives related to the management of an automotive service facility.

Consultants will collaborate with service advisors and a team of qualified technicians to deliver repair services to individual customers and fleet accounts.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer sales and service recommendations to clients based on inspection results
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to all clients
  • Welcome and register customers, gathering necessary information for accurate service delivery
  • Review operational performance in alignment with company standards and objectives
  • Assist in generating precise estimates and repair orders, presenting digital inspection findings to substantiate service recommendations
Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in the automotive sector
  • At least 5 years' experience in sales
  • Previous management experience in retail or a similar environment
  • Proven track record in customer service

  • Valid driver's license and minimum age of 18
Knowledge Requirements:

  • Understanding of general vehicle operation and maintenance standards

  • Knowledge of fluid flushes, tune-ups, state inspection criteria, and suspension systems
  • Experience with shocks, struts, steering, and transmission systems

Compensation:
