Automotive Receptionist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at Loyalty Collision Center in Williamsburg. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing our multi-line phone system, and supporting our sales and service teams.

• Greet customers and respond to their inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
• Manage our multi-line phone system, answering calls and directing them to the appropriate team member
• Assist with administrative duties, such as data entry and filing
• Support the sales and service teams with tasks such as preparing documents and making copies

• Natural communicator with excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Previous experience with multi-line phone systems and computer software
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
