Job Summary

Cook Children's Health Care System is seeking a skilled MRI Technologist to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas.

This position is accountable for performing high-quality Magnetic Resonance Imaging procedures while maintaining strict attention to patient care. The ideal candidate will possess advanced technical knowledge and excellent interpersonal skills to provide expertise for all ages, from neonatal/newborn to adults.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform quality MRI procedures with attention to detail and patient safety
  • Provide expert care for patients of all ages, from neonatal/newborn to adults
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest MRI technologies and techniques
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree in Radiological Technology or related field
  • 2-3 years of MRI experience, with pediatric experience preferred
  • ARRT (RT) (MRI) certification or equivalent
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high levels of stress
