Transformative EH&S Leadership Opportunity

Rockline Industries & Iatric Manufacturing, a family-owned company recognized for its commitment to Renew, Respect, Integrity, Teamwork, and Excellence, is seeking a visionary leader to shape its global Environmental, Health, and Safety (EH&S) strategy.

This is an exciting opportunity to build and implement enterprise-wide safety and sustainability programs, ensuring compliance and driving a consistent EH&S culture across all locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set the overall corporate EH&S vision and develop an enterprise-wide EH&S strategy
  • Lead the global EH&S team, including site EH&S Managers, by establishing, sharing, and implementing best practices
  • Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance EH&S performance and ensure excellence at all sites
  • Evaluate and recommend security improvements at operating sites, ensuring full compliance with local regulations
  • Oversee internal and external EH&S audits and inspections, collaborating with site managers, customers, and regulatory bodies
  • Provide expertise and guidance on internal EH&S matters, including evaluating capital investments from an EH&S perspective
  • Develop and implement standardized EH&S policies, procedures, and training programs across the organization
  • Proactively lead risk control activities and ensure full compliance with guidelines and recommendations
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Environmental, Health, and Safety Professional certification preferred
  • Manufacturing experience, experience with environmental and safety reporting, and 5 years' experience as a site EH&S Manager or equivalent
  • Ability to travel up to 60%
