Divisional Talent Acquisition Specialist

The Divisional Recruiter plays a crucial role in driving corporate growth for production channels by working closely with Branch Managers in target states. This position requires strong communication skills, industry knowledge, and the ability to maximize workflow efficiencies between corporate operations and branch employees.
Key Responsibilities- Solicit and interview candidates who meet InterLinc standards for hire.
- Assist in the facilitation of branch growth by working with the Branch Relationship Manager and Senior Vice President.
- Adhere to and ensure appropriate documentation of R&S policies and procedures regarding hiring and transition processes, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Maintain a minimum annualized branch production of $30MM or 160 units.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A college degree with at least 5 years of mortgage banking experience.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to utilize the best communication methods for given situations and messages.
- A working knowledge of industry-related trade associations and successful business planning and budgeting experience.
- A working knowledge of industry-specific software.
