About the Role

As a Registered Nurse with IntelyCare, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of post-acute care facilities, providing high-quality care to patients and residents. Our flexible scheduling system allows you to choose the shifts and locations that best fit your needs and lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide quality care to patients and residents in post-acute care facilities
  • Create and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with medical staff and residents
  • Deliver medications and treatments to residents, ensuring accurate administration and documentation
  • Review care options and outcomes with physicians and other staff members
  • Educate residents and family members on best care options and practices
  • Set up and monitor medical equipment as needed
  • Ensure staff compliance with nursing standards and facility policies
  • Draw fluids for lab analysis, including blood and urine samples
  • Train and supervise nurses and support staff
  • Document medical interventions and histories accurately
  • Assist with incident investigations and reporting
Requirements
  • Current Massachusetts state license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Graduation from an approved nursing program
  • Post-acute care or in-patient hospital experience (at least 4 months)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
