Job Description:
The Primary Care Nurse at Quadrant plays a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and supporting the clinical operations of our clinic. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the delivery of exceptional patient care and service.

Responsibilities:
As a Primary Care Nurse, your key responsibilities will include providing physical care and carrying out therapeutic and medical regimens; obtaining patient histories and medical information; triaging and assessing client health concerns to determine appropriate response; administering medications and treatment as ordered by physician; performing procedures such as IV placement, nebulizer treatments, and phlebotomy; assisting with medical and minor surgical procedures; preparing patients for continuing care after treatment; treating and dressing wounds; providing patient education for scheduled procedures and self-administration of medication; scheduling and keeping track of appointments; preparing examination rooms; setting up and maintaining medical equipment and supplies; tracking and documenting patient status following sick visits; referrals; obtaining authorization for prescriptions as required by insurance carriers; managing electronic and faxed prescription refill requests; scanning documents to patient charts; maintaining examination room inventory and replenishing as needed; upholding appropriate clinical standards; maintaining safe and clean working environment by implementing and monitoring

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need a State of VA license, BLS/CPR certification, and primary care experience. Proficiency in EMR systems and excellent communication skills are essential.
