Addiction Recovery Specialist

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year.
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Addiction Recovery Specialist to join our team at Virginia Family Services. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating two groups daily in our Substance Use Intensive Outpatient Services (13-15 individuals). The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of substance use disorders and experience working with adults with mental health issues.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate group sessions following the company's curriculum
- Enter group progress notes, ISPs, and quarterly reports
- Assist with individual orientations and drug screenings
- Maintain electronic charts and assist with audits
Requirements:
- Certification in Virginia as either CSAC-S or CSAC
- One year of group facilitation experience preferred
- Proficient computer skills and organization abilities
- First aid and CPR certification preferred
