Primary Care Healthcare Specialist Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Family Nurse Practitioner to join our team as a Primary Care Healthcare Specialist. This is a full-time, permanent position providing direct patient care in a clinical setting.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of recent experience as an RN in a clinical setting, active RN license within the State of practice, current certifications, prescriptive authorization, and experience providing primary care as a family nurse practitioner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform physical examinations and screenings of patients.
  • Record the patient's medical histories and symptoms.
  • Create patient care plans and contributing to existing ones.
  • Order, administer, and analyze diagnostic tests, including bloodwork.
  • Review and interpret test results to diagnose health problems.

Salary Range: $115,000 - $145,000 per annum
