Job Summary

As a Human Resources Manager at UofL Health, you will play a critical role in shaping the organization's workforce strategy and ensuring a best-in-class culture. You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR initiatives that drive business results, improve employee engagement, and enhance the overall employee experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the organization's business objectives
  • Lead and manage HR projects, including talent development, employee relations, and workforce planning
  • Collaborate with business leaders to diagnose organizational issues and create action plans for resolution
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, benefits, and compensation
  • Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and programs that support the organization's goals and objectives
  • Stay up-to-date on labor laws and regulations, and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to inform HR decisions and drive business outcomes
Requirements
  • 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in a leadership role
  • SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and synthesize large quantities of data
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, managers, and business leaders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
