HR Generalist - Talent Acquisition and HR Operations

We are seeking a versatile and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our HR team. The HR Generalist will manage daily HR operations and support the implementation of HR programs and initiatives, with a focus on supporting plant leadership and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

This role requires a strong understanding of HR practices and the ability to handle a wide range of HR functions to ensure a positive employee experience and efficient HR operations.

• Execute effective recruitment strategies in collaboration with the General Manager, HR Manager, and plant leadership.
• Source, interview, and onboard qualified candidates to ensure a seamless and positive experience for candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Coordinate and conduct new hire orientation sessions to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
• Process payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits.
• Serve as a point of contact for employees with HR-related questions or concerns.
• Address and resolve employee issues and conflicts in a fair and consistent manner.
• Lead the employee engagement action planning process with senior leadership.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or plant environment.
• Proficiency with HRIS and payroll systems.
• Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to maintain a full-time work schedule with regular in-person attendance.
