About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Maintenance Technician I to join our team at Novo Nordisk. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for improving systems and equipment reliability in assigned process areas, reducing downtime, and supporting the operation of assigned processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Improve Systems and Equipment Reliability: Identify and implement process improvements to increase equipment uptime and reduce downtime.
  • Support Process Operations: Assist in the coordination of planned and corrective maintenance activities to ensure successful process performance.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with Work Cell Leaders, Area Specialists, and other stakeholders to achieve process goals and objectives.
  • Perform Maintenance and Repairs: Perform corrective and preventative maintenance on assigned process equipment, and restore function to equipment in an effective and technically correct manner.
  • Monitor and Control Equipment: Operate, monitor, and control equipment, systems, and processes assigned to ensure optimal performance.
  • Record and Review Production Data: Record and review production data in BPR's and associated forms to ensure accurate reporting and analysis.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Associate's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent military training or industrial training, with a minimum of three years of relevant work experience.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledgeable in compressed air, electro-mechanical controls, electrical, mechanical, instrumentation, and robotics systems. Ability to work with automated records systems such as SAP, schematics, wiring diagrams, and other technical documents.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
