Our Operations

We operate three pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities in the United States, each responsible for fulfilling different steps in our injectable and oral treatment supply chains. Our newest Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API) facility in North Carolina is a state-of-the-art facility that houses the Fermentation, Recovery, and Purification processes for our innovative oral products. The Position

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician I General to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for improving systems and equipment reliability, reducing system/equipment downtime, and supporting the operation of assigned processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Follow Safety and Environmental Requirements: The successful candidate will follow all safety and environmental requirements in the performance of duties.
  • Support Maintenance Activities: The successful candidate will support the development and establishment of maintenance procedures, maintenance plans, and spare parts lists for assigned processes.
  • Perform Corrective and Preventative Maintenance: The successful candidate will perform corrective and preventative maintenance on assigned processes in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with Process Owners: The successful candidate will partner with process owners to actively improve performance and reliability of process equipment.
  • Contribute to Team Growth: The successful candidate will contribute to the growth and development of the maintenance team by training fellow technicians in areas of expertise and learning new systems.
Requirements
  • Associate's Degree or Equivalent: The successful candidate will have an associate's degree in a relevant field or equivalent military/industry training.
  • Relevant Work Experience: The successful candidate will have 1-5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Control Systems: The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of mechanical, electrical, and control systems.
  • Experience with Automated Records Systems: The successful candidate will have experience with automated records systems such as SAP.
