Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a neat and organized front desk area with all necessary supplies (pens, forms, paper, etc.)
  • Welcome and greet visitors in a courteous manner
  • Respond to inquiries and manage complaints professionally
  • Handle all incoming calls, redirecting them or taking messages as appropriate
  • Receive and distribute letters and packages
  • Prepare outgoing correspondence and secure parcels
  • Sort and forward emails efficiently
  • Monitor inventory of office supplies and place orders as needed
  • Keep accurate records and files updated
  • Track office expenses and manage costs
  • Assist with additional tasks as required (such as travel arrangements and scheduling)

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience as a front desk representative, agent, or in a similar role
  • Familiarity with office equipment (e.g., fax machines, printers)
  • Understanding of office management and basic bookkeeping principles
  • Proficient in English, both spoken and written
  • Strong command of MS Office applications (especially Excel and Word)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Effective organizational and multitasking abilities

  • High School diploma; additional qualifications are advantageous
