Fire Alarm Systems Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Fire Alarm Systems Specialist to join our team at Johnson Controls. As a specialist, you will be responsible for programming, troubleshooting, and configuring fire alarm systems, access control, and CCTV systems.
With a strong focus on customer satisfaction, you will respond to service calls in a timely and efficient manner, troubleshoot and repair as needed, and communicate effectively with central dispatch. You will also be required to participate in an after-hours service program after one year of employment.
Key Responsibilities:- Programming of fire alarm, security, and access control system panels
- Troubleshooting and repair of fire alarm systems
- Configuration and commissioning of CCTV systems
- Effective communication with customers and central dispatch
- Participation in after-hours service program (after one year)
- At least 5 years of documented experience in low voltage electrical systems, including fire/life safety systems, access control, CCTV, and security systems
- Minimum of two years of experience performing programming on integrated security or fire alarm systems
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience in reading and interpreting blueprints, submittals, and operational/product manuals
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, and overnight travel may be required
- Demonstrate a high level of customer service and ability to lead and work well with team members
