Job Title: Office Manager

Southway Builders, Inc. is seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our office, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration among team members, and providing exceptional support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Office Administration: Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure a productive and efficient work environment.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Coordinate with team members, clients, and vendors to ensure timely and effective communication.
  • Financial Management: Manage office budgets, track expenses, and ensure compliance with company financial policies.
  • HR Support: Provide administrative support to the HR department, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
  • Technology and Systems: Manage office technology, including phone systems, computer networks, and software applications.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience: 5-7 years of experience in office management or a related field.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, excellent communication and organizational skills, and ability to work independently.
