The Process Engineer I will play a vital role in enhancing and sustaining the manufacturing engineering function, validating and executing manufacturing processes.

This role encompasses continuous improvement initiatives in process capability, product validation, and the modernization and replacement of outdated or deteriorated conditions. Key areas of focus include silicone molding, extrusion, and cutting, with a strong emphasis on automation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with functional teams as a leader and senior manufacturing engineers to specify, design, procure, and implement equipment/process/tooling that adheres to equipment specifications and meets IOQ & PQ process/product validation requirements.
  • Manage and resolve activities related to customer feedback while maintaining routed standards.
  • Design and implement new processes and enhancements for both new and existing products using WCM Green Belt Tools.
  • Plan and conduct experiments on current production processes and engineering improvements to define process windows.
  • Oversee the acquisition and implementation of equipment.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Understanding of manufacturing processes.
  • Experience with silicone rubber and thermoplastic processing applications.
  • Familiarity with ISO regulations.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience.
