About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Reliability Engineer to join our team at Par Pacific. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Electrical System Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical systems to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
  • System Design and Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop new electrical systems and infrastructure.
  • Troubleshooting and Analysis: Investigate and resolve electrical system issues, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and support to colleagues, promoting a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Compliance and Safety: Ensure all electrical systems and infrastructure meet or exceed regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably in a refinery or industrial setting.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ETAP software, and SAP work orders.
  • Certifications: Valid U.S. Driver's License and TWIC card eligibility.
