Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nurse Aide to join our team at Regency Integrated Health Services. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to our residents in a long-term care facility setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding, in accordance with their care plans.
  • Monitor and report any changes in a resident's condition to the Charge Nurse.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of resident care plans.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) license required.
  • Experience in a long-term care facility preferred.

Physical Demands

The physical demands of this role include standing, sitting, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this job.
