Position Overview:
As a Certified Nurse Aide, you will play a crucial role in delivering essential daily care and support to residents in a healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide assistance to residents with daily activities, including:

  • Bathing
  • Feeding
  • Dressing
  • Monitoring food intake
  • Personal grooming

2. Execute assigned duties in alignment with established care policies and procedures.

3. Measure and document vital signs as directed by the Charge Nurse.

4. Identify and report any potential hazards or changes in resident conditions to ensure safety and well-being.

5. Contribute valuable insights regarding residents' needs to enhance care plans.

6. Observe and communicate any significant changes in residents' health status to the Charge Nurse.


Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent required.

- Must possess a valid Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) license.

- Previous experience in a long-term care environment is preferred.


Physical Requirements:

The role involves various physical activities, including but not limited to:

  • Lifting and carrying weights up to 50 lbs
  • Standing, walking, and sitting for extended periods
  • Effective communication with residents and team members
