Position Overview

This role requires daily in-office attendance and is integral to our operations. You will be responsible for:

  • Completing tasks efficiently and accurately.
  • Managing time-sensitive assignments with precision.
  • Preparing courier shipments for collection.
  • Utilizing various software systems for mail processing.
  • Operating mail processing equipment.
  • Handling specific mail items manually.
  • Overseeing inbound accountable mail and packages.
  • Weighing packages and determining postage.
  • Preparing both domestic and international mail for processing.
  • Maintaining records of mailing certificates.
  • Scanning critical business mail into internal systems.
  • Coordinating repairs with vendors as necessary.
  • Managing inventory of mailing supplies.
  • Loading funds onto mail machines.
  • Communicating effectively with team members and management.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will be:

  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
  • Adept at multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Possessing strong mathematical skills.
  • Skilled in building professional relationships across departments.
  • Equipped with a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Having at least one year of relevant office experience, preferably in a corporate setting.
  • Experienced in mail/shipping and receiving processes.
  • Familiar with Salesforce and Microsoft software.
  • Possessing excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to meet attendance requirements.
  • Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Detail-oriented.
