Job Summary

Amazon Pharmacy is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Customer Care Pharmacist to join our team. As a Clinical Customer Care Pharmacist, you will be the main source of clinical knowledge for our customers and the Customer Care team. You will be responsible for speaking with customers over the phone and via email about clinical issues, researching and completing customer requests, and investigating and reporting potential Quality Related Events and PHI breaches.

Key Responsibilities

Speak with customers about clinical issues, including drug interactions, adverse drug reactions, and new medication counseling
Research and complete customer requests via Zendesk tickets
Investigate and report potential Quality Related Events and PHI breaches
Maintain an advanced understanding of all PillPack and Amazon Pharmacy's policies and procedures as well as products and services
Maintain confidentiality of all customer information

Requirements

Active Registered Pharmacist license with the NH Board of Pharmacy
Strong interpersonal skills, including professional written and verbal communication
Ability to apply clinical knowledge to customer situations in real time
Ability to work autonomously and proactively identify areas in need of improvement
Ability to work within and navigate between multiple pharmacy systems
Critical thinking providing out-of-the-box solutions
Uphold Amazon Pharmacy's Core Values and a passion for providing an exceptional customer experience

Preferred Qualifications

1+ years experience in a retail or mail order pharmacy setting
Active Pharmacist license with the HI Board of Pharmacy
