Responsibilities- Assist in preparing patients for surgery, including positioning and draping
- Pass instruments and supplies to surgeons during procedures
- Help maintain a safe and clean environment in the Operating Room
- Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or certification in Surgical Technology preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in the Operating Room
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
