KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF AUTOMOTIVE PARTS SALES SPECIALIST:

  • Manage the parts sales process from customer inquiries to locating parts and invoicing
  • Collaborate with the parts manager to source any out-of-stock items
  • Process special order requests for parts needed by customers
  • Keep customers informed about the status of their ordered parts and notify them upon arrival
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned
  • Engage with staff and customers in a courteous and professional manner
  • Adhere to all company safety protocols and procedures
  • Comprehend and comply with applicable federal, state, and local regulations

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Prior experience in auto parts sales is essential
  • Customer-focused with a passion for delivering excellent service
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Professional demeanor and a solid work ethic
  • Proficiency in computer skills is preferred
