About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our team at Galileo Co. As a key member of our financial planning and analysis team, you will play a critical role in driving financial visibility and accountability across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead revenue forecasting efforts by analyzing historical data and market trends, and collaborating with revenue management teams to produce accurate financial projections.
  • Develop and maintain advanced financial models to support key decision-making processes and business strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations based on financial analysis.
  • Conduct variance reporting by comparing actual financial performance to forecasts, and explaining key drivers of discrepancies.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of related experience in financial planning and analysis.
  • Great modeling skills with the ability to create models from scratch, manipulate large data sets, and summarize insights.
  • Strong Microsoft Powerpoint or Google Slides presentation skills, and familiarity with financial planning systems.
  • An analytical and inquisitive mindset, ability to solve problems, strong work ethic, attention to detail, prompt and clear communication skills, time and project management skills, positive attitude, and a results orientation.
  • Ability to prepare, present, and influence at the executive level by building strong cross-functional relationships.
  • Ability to navigate and thrive in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.

What We Offer

The base pay range for this role is $89,600 - $168,000 USD. This role may also be eligible for a bonus and/or long-term incentives. Our comprehensive benefits package includes competitive benefits, and more information can be found on our website.
