IntePros is on the lookout for a Senior Agile Project Coordinator to join our innovative, client-oriented software development team. This role involves overseeing multiple concurrent high-profile projects utilizing agile methodologies in a dynamic environment that spans various business sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

Define project objectives and timelines while ensuring consistent and timely delivery of value; facilitate and lead project status meetings; prepare and disseminate progress updates; identify and manage risks and issues; rectify deviations from established plans; and conduct delivery planning for designated projects.

Support team development by holding members accountable for their commitments, eliminating obstacles to their progress, and utilizing organizational resources to enhance project capacity.

Create comprehensive Project Plans that align with client deadlines, project budgets, and team resource allocations.

Assist the Project Owner in managing client expectations regarding project outcomes, overseeing stakeholder communications, and implementing an effective project governance framework.

Establish and maintain a structured project management process while advocating for continuous improvement initiatives to adopt best practices in Agile Project Management.

Encourage team empowerment, ensuring that every member is actively engaged in the project and contributing meaningfully, while promoting a sustainable work pace with high-quality standards.

Manage alterations to project scope, timelines, and costs using appropriate verification methods.

Evaluate project performance through suitable tools and techniques.

Report and escalate issues to management as necessary.

Effectively manage relationships with clients and all stakeholders.

Conduct risk management to mitigate project risks.

Establish and nurture relationships with third-party vendors.

Create and maintain thorough project documentation.

Essential Skills:

Leadership: Inspire project resources, resolve conflicts, and make tough decisions.

Time Management: Manage interactions with employees, clients, and management, often juggling multiple tasks simultaneously.

Budgeting: Maintain and oversee project budgets, requiring confidence in mathematical skills to ensure transparency in financial matters.

Analytical Skills: Analyze data and make informed decisions that impact project outcomes regularly.

Organizational Skills: Exhibit strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Project Management Expertise: Possess a solid understanding of software development life cycle models and demonstrate expertise in both Agile and traditional project management principles, blending them appropriately to suit project and business needs.

Experience: A proven history of successfully executing software or web development projects using Agile methodologies, with a minimum of 8 years of experience as a Project Manager overseeing large, complex projects in a high-tech development environment with cross-functional teams. PMP certification is preferred.

Qualifications:

A BA or BS degree or equivalent experience is required; an MA or MS is advantageous.

Experience in an agency setting is essential.

Demonstrated interpersonal skills, including mentoring, coaching, collaboration, and team building.

Strong analytical, planning, and organizational abilities with a capacity to manage competing priorities.

In-depth understanding of business needs, fostering a high level of customer trust and confidence.

Proven capability to lead software development projects, ensuring that objectives, goals, and commitments are achieved.

Familiarity with Agile Project Management tools such as Jira, as well as Microsoft Project, Visio, and all Office applications.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience engaging with both business and IT stakeholders at all levels, including executives.

A creative approach to problem-solving, maintaining a focus on details while keeping the broader perspective in mind.

Proof of full vaccination against COVID-19 is also required.
