Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Primary Care Physician to manage a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in internal or family medicine, with experience in outpatient primary care settings. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits, as well as treating patients in-office or in testing centers and conducting occasional tele-health visits.
The Primary Care Physician will also be responsible for continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities, as well as ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles and with virtual clinical teams. The ideal candidate will have a passion for human-centered primary care, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively use technology to deliver high-quality care.
Responsibilities- Manage a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs
- Conduct a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits
- Treat patients in-office or in testing centers and conduct occasional tele-health visits
- Participate in continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities
- Collaborate with in-office teammates via daily huddles and with virtual clinical teams
- Enrolled in, or have completed, an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency program
- Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in an outpatient primary care setting
- Board Certified in Internal or Family Medicine, or Board Eligible with plans to obtain board certification within 1 year of your One Medical start date
- State licensed in Colorado, obtained before your One Medical start date
