Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Primary Care Physician to join our team at One Medical. As a Primary Care Physician, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive medical care to our patients, including routine check-ups, chronic disease management, and acute care. You will work closely with our team of healthcare professionals to ensure that our patients receive the highest level of care.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to our patients
- Conduct routine check-ups, chronic disease management, and acute care
- Work closely with our team of healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest medical advancements
- Collaborate with our clinical teams to develop and implement care plans
- Board certification in Internal or Family Medicine
- At least 2 years of experience in an outpatient primary care setting
- State licensure in Colorado
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
