About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to join our team at Albertsons Companies. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will play a critical role in leading our pharmacy operations and ensuring that our patients receive exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Pharmacy Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our pharmacy, including managing staff, inventory, and patient care.
  • Deliver Patient-Centered Care: Provide direct patient care services, including disease state management, medication therapy optimization, and acute and chronic condition management.
  • Manage Financial Performance: Ensure the financial performance of the pharmacy meets or exceeds expectations, including managing budgets, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Recruit and Develop Talent: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of pharmacists and technicians to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional patient care.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or Pharm.D or equivalent FPGEC (NABP)
  • License: Active pharmacy license in state(s) of practice with all held licenses in good standing
  • Certifications: Certified immunizer preferred
  • Experience: 1 year of supervisory experience in a pharmacy setting preferred
  • Skills: Ability to work a variety of schedules, strong leadership and communication skills
