Pharmacy Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to join our team at Albertsons Companies. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will play a critical role in leading our pharmacy operations and ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care.

• Lead Pharmacy Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our pharmacy, including managing staff, inventory, and patient care.
• Deliver Patient-Centered Care: Provide exceptional patient care and services, including disease state management, medication therapy optimization, and acute and chronic condition management.
• Manage Financial Performance: Analyze and improve financial performance, including managing budgets, forecasting, and implementing cost-saving initiatives.
• Recruit and Develop Talent: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of pharmacists and technicians.

• Pharmacy License: Active pharmacy license in the state(s) of practice with all held licenses in good standing.
• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or Pharm.D or equivalent FPGEC (NABP).
• Experience: 1 year of supervisory experience in a pharmacy setting preferred.
• Certifications: Certified immunizer preferred.
