Pharmacy Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to join our team at Albertsons Companies. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for leading our pharmacy operations and ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care.

• Lead Pharmacy Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our pharmacy, including managing staff, inventory, and patient care.
• Develop and Implement Initiatives: Work with our management team to develop and implement initiatives to improve patient care, increase profitability, and enhance the overall pharmacy experience.
• Recruit and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of pharmacists and technicians to ensure that our patients receive the best possible care.
• Manage Financial Performance: Analyze financial data and make recommendations to improve the financial performance of our pharmacy.
• Ensure Compliance: Ensure that our pharmacy is in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including those related to patient care and pharmacy operations.

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or Pharm.D or equivalent.
• Experience: 1 year of supervisory experience in a pharmacy setting preferred.
• Licensure: Active pharmacy license in state(s) of practice with all held licenses in good standing.
• Certifications: Certified immunizer preferred.
