Data Center Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Center Technician to join our team at Amazon Web Services (AWS). As a Data Center Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the availability and reliability of our data centers, which support our customers' cloud computing needs.
Key Responsibilities- Perform hardware and network diagnostics to identify and resolve issues
- Repair and replace hardware components as needed
- Install and configure network equipment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Participate in on-call rotations and provide after-hours support as needed
You will join a diverse team of software, hardware, and network engineers, supply chain specialists, security experts, operations managers, and other vital roles. We work on the most challenging problems, with thousands of variables impacting the supply chain, and we're looking for talented people who want to help.
