AWS Infrastructure Services: The Backbone of the Cloud

At Amazon Inc., our AWS Infrastructure Services team is responsible for designing, planning, delivering, and operating all AWS global infrastructure. This includes the management of all AWS data centers and the servers, storage, and networking that power our cloud services.

We're looking for a skilled professional to join our team as a Data Center Technician. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our cloud infrastructure, working closely with our Operations, Data, and Network teams to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement infrastructure solutions
  • Monitor and maintain the health and performance of our cloud infrastructure
  • Identify and resolve technical issues to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and scalability

What You'll Need:

  • Strong technical skills and experience in cloud infrastructure management
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
