Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that focus on personal strengths and goals for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
  • Coordinate services and supports to ensure seamless delivery of care.
  • Monitor and evaluate the implementation of care plans to ensure effective outcomes.
  • Provide training and support to direct care staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations governing services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Services or a related field.
  • Certification as a Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional (QIDP) or willingness to obtain certification.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities with the ability to work effectively with individuals, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
Compensation

The estimated salary range for this position is $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
