Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Solution Advisor to join our team at PNC Bank NA. As a Client Solution Advisor, you will be responsible for implementing complex new products and services for clients, analyzing requirements, and gathering deliverables to complete the implementation and provide ongoing relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement complex new products and services for clients, analyzing requirements and gathering deliverables to complete the implementation and provide ongoing relationship management.
  • Leverage knowledge of industry and PNC products/solutions to identify outside sales opportunities, consult with clients and service partners to gather and utilize data to establish or update client-specific information for products/services.
  • Analyze, assess, and document client requirements, identify customization needs, and work with service partners to decision/implement.
  • Manage multiple complex implementations simultaneously, facilitate/coordinate internal and external stakeholder meetings, create and maintain project documentation, and create/deliver reporting on progress.
  • Serve as an escalation point and independently resolve challenges regarding implementation and production support issues raised by staff or client, identify and drive development of necessary solutions, and ensure positive ongoing client experiences.
  • Serve as team subject matter expert, coach staff, Sales, and/or client when needed, lead team communications and meetings, perform workflow coordination, and participate in special projects and initiatives.

Requirements

  • University/college degree, with 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
  • Comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
