Architect and implement robust, scalable, and maintainable code solutions that adhere to best practices and industry standards.
Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
Drive the adoption of emerging technologies and best practices to enhance mobile development processes and productivity.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, and timelines, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Conduct code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to optimize performance, reliability, and security.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
Proven experience (8+ years) in mobile application development with expertise in React Native and iOS platforms.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and ES6+ standards. Extensive experience with mobile UI frameworks and libraries such as React Native Elements, React Navigation, etc.
Solid understanding of iOS development concepts, frameworks, and architecture patterns. Experience with integrating third-party APIs, web services, and SDKs into mobile applications.
Proficiency in version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile software development methodologies. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels. Experience leading and mentoring a team of mobile developers is highly desirable.
