Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Phlebotomist Patient Services Representative to join our team for a 3-month contract in Neenah, WI. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care by accurately drawing blood samples and preparing specimens for lab testing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate and efficient blood draws from patients of all ages.
- Prepare and process blood specimens according to established protocols.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients.
- Follow company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.
- Phlebotomy certification preferred (Required in California, Nevada, and Washington).
- Minimum of 6 months experience.
- One(+) years phlebotomy experience preferred.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime as needed.
