Salary and Perks:

We offer a competitive salary, with an estimated annual salary range of $41,920 - $43,440, based on a 20-hour workweek. Additionally, you will receive benefits, including financial assistance programs, retirement savings, generous paid time off, and referral bonuses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support individuals with disabilities in achieving their personal goals and participating in community events and activities.
  • Administer medications according to training and maintain accurate health and behavioral records.
  • Foster a safe, clean, and respectful environment in the home or community settings.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, families, and external providers to ensure high-quality, person-centered support.
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Previous experience in caregiving, social work, or a related field is preferred but not required; training is provided.
  • Compassionate, patient, and committed to advocating for individuals with disabilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and eligibility to become a company driver.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks required for the role, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
