You will also assist new and existing customers in selecting and purchasing work-site, voluntary, and core products.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Conduct one-on-one meetings with clients to review existing benefit packages and assist in making new elections
* Assist new and existing customers in selecting and purchasing work-site, voluntary, and core products
* Proactively follow-up with businesses and/or school groups to ensure customer satisfaction and answer basic customer service questions
* Proactively ensure all materials for enrollments are readily available and in presentable format to share with clients

**Requirements:**

* Current Insurance Agent license in Health and Life for State of AL
* 1 or more years' experience in customer service, sales, insurance, finance, or related field
* Excellent organizational skills and work ethic, and ability to work independently
* Effective communication skills with the ability to present to both individuals and groups on all levels
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Positive attitude; present a professional appearance and demeanor; ability to handle confidential information

**What We Offer:**

* Daily rate offered $300.00 depending on insurance experience
* Additional reimbursement for travel over 100 miles
* Reimbursement of mileage, and business-related expenses
* Remote opportunity which will require travel within the state of AL
* Company-provided equipment and training
* Hours will vary from week to week
